The scheme consists of demolition of the existing house and construction of 14no apartments (2no 1 bed and 12no 2 bed) situated on 3 storeys with 21 car parking spaces 19 of which are located in a basement car park. The top floor apartments are located within the depth of the roof space. A cycle and bin store are also included adjacent the entrance.The principal external materials of brick and roofing tiles echo those of the adjacent houses. Glazed canopies and juliet balconies, accent brickwork and stone features give interest to the elevations and assist in giving the building a domestic scale.
