Queens Road, Coventry
The project consists of 537 student ensuite bedrooms with a management suite and shop at a site located close to Coventry City Centre and within walking distance of the local university and further education college and also Coventry Railway Station.
The design varies in height from 4 to 7 stories and is constructed in light guage steel panels with insitu concrete floors which gives a high strength structure and a very fast construction programme - see off-site construction for further info.
