Production Building & Offices, Warwickshire
The brief was to provide 90,000 sqft (8360 sqm) of production facilities and 25,000 sqft (2223 sqm) of offices located on an industrial park at a suburban road. The completed facility form the new european headquarters for Commercial Hydrolics Keevite Ltd.
The production building was constructed using a proprietary steel frame and cladding system manufactured by a subsidiary company from the Client's company group.Detailed planning approval was obtained and the project proceeded as a design built basics being completed in 45 weeks on budget and on programme.
