Masonic Hall, Nottingham
This project for single person studio apartments was the second phase of a larger development for student accommodation. Built on the roof of an existing Masonic Lodge, careful attention to detail was required as well as minimum disruption to the running of the Masonic Temple below during construction.
As a result Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) was a must. On this development the Aryshire Steel Modular Frame was adopted where each studio was fitted out under factory conditions and delivered to site fully furnished.
