A previous planning application on the site by others had been withdrawn prior to our application. Despite recommendation for approval by the planning offices the application was refused.
Planning permission was granted on appeal. The design used traditional brick and clay roof tile in a functional and contemporary way to provide a modern house that is sympathetic to its conservation area neighbours. The house has featured in a number of magazines and received a design award from Warwick District council.
