Claverdon Residence
The existing property was a typical 4 bedroom 2 storey developer house with a strip of vacant land adjacent the west side of the house.
The design provided a large new family/garden room addition that linked to the new open plan kitchen. The upper floor including the family bathroom was totally refurbished and a master bedroom suite including dressing room and shower room was added over the garage.
