Brayford Quays
Brayford Quays consists of a 334 bedroom student accommodation constructed over retail and restaurant units in the heart of Lincoln overlooking Brayford pool. The method of construction was the Modula 2000 steel frame panel system chosen for it's accuracy and speed of erection, in order to meet a light build programme. The Modula 2000 system combines light gauge steel frame panels fabricated off-site and an in0situ concrete floor construction to create a high strength structure. The largest of the accommodation blocks is 6 storeys above a steel podium structure with the frame erection completed in only 12 weeks.
